School starts the day after tomorrow but there is no way I'm going to be able to get on a proper sleep schedule naturally before. I went to bed at 10:00 tonight and it's 2:00 and I'm still not asleep. I can't go through a week of three hours of sleep/night. Anyways, we've got this bottle of Tylenol PM and I was gonna use that to help. The recommended dosage for someone my age is two gelcaps (50mg DPH) Does anyone know how effective that would be at knocking me out by 10:30 if I take them at 9:00? I've been falling asleep around 3:30 AM lately.
