Yeah, if you wanna trim them a little low, like a little less than an inch, use scissors. How low do you want them?

edit: Also, if you wanna start shaving, I'd suggest trimming with scissors for a bit. That way your nether regions will get used to not having much hair. I just had that idea from the WikiHow thing the other guy sent.
