How do I block a number on my cell phone? It's a freaking telemarketer that calls every god forsaken day.
They make me want to break through the phone and drop kick them.
I have cingular or AT&T now......Do I need to call them to do it or.....does it cost anything? or....what.
I'm lost and confused.

I know some phones have a feature where you can either block certain numbers or block all numbers except those in your phone book.
Or do like what I do, If I don't know the number or it is Private I do not answer it.

Next time they call request to be taken off the call list they have. Tell them your not interested in what they are selling and if they continue to call you will sue for harassment. That always stops them from calling.
