I remember in my high school they did this "celebration of diversity" thing which was hillariously lame. There were signs everywhere saying "use a different adjective" (talking about "gay") so me and my friends instead just said "that's very homosexual" and soon the whole school was saying it. Gays actually *wanted* us to go back to saying "that's gay".

it wasn't a faggot. It was the "sudent council", which I still have no clue what their function was to this day. Anyway, even people who weren't straight were laughing at this.
