So, it starts by looking at the lit end of a joint, then goes to these two teenage girls sitting at the edge of one's bed. They're looking at this joint, then we see one look up and her little brother is standing in the doorway just looking at her expressionlessly.
We then hear "Smoking Marijuana hurts more than just You."
And it shows that "Live above the influence" symbol.
I nominate this for worst anti-drug commercial ever.
