he's a psychotic mass murderer who has no soul played by the one of the greatest actors of his time, who also has no soul =/
but yeah, if you compare this Joker to all the other Jokers that were portrayed in the older batman movie you could definatly see, through his looks and actions, that he isnt just some funny dude in clown makeup who happens to kill people. He's really really cold, heartless, and creepy. He's dark, and edgy. He's a whole other class of criminal.

Just watch the movie, and you'll get it lol
