I had a dream last night, so I was at the pool, and across the pool was the girl i really like. She was so far away I could barely tell who it was. WHat am I telling mysefl here?

sounds like just a random dream to me. some dreams have meaning to them only because you already know what they are telling you, which is why you dreamed about them to begin with.

Another idea,

If the pool was filled with water, then it could symbolise reflection. Reflection is something you see in the mirror, and as eyes are meant to be the window of the soul, you could in fact be assessing where you stand too.
