i have been going out with my boyfriend for around six months now and we ahve been talking about having sex soon. the thing is i feel nervous about him seeing my body, its not that i am fat or anything because im not. im one of those people who isnt often pleased with how they are some thing always needs to be improved, e.g. my tummy a bit flatter. does anybody now how i can get more comfortable with my body, so that i can get comfortable with my boyfriend seeing my body??

look, I'm over weight, my gf is skinny, and rly attractive, well i mean she loves me for who i am.. so when we were messing around and she took of my shirt at first i thought it was going to be really weird.. but it wasn't.. you Will see. once it happens.. it will be fine.

Your boyfriend will love you the way you are, but if you want to change, then exercise more and eat less.

Set realistic and healthy goals and accomplish them. Nothing helps self-esteem more than succeeding at goals.

i felt the same way about my body when i first really got intimate with my bf.
i thought i was too skinny, or that i didnt have enough of an ass, or my breasts looked weird, etc etc.
but i talked to my bf about it, and he said i looked beautiful, and there's nothing he'd change about my body.

i guess, all i can say is to just go for it, if and when you're ready. you wont be able to raise your self-esteem unless you face the fear you have now, and prove yourself wrong. (:

Well I hear it on tv. Stand In front of a full length mirror ( naked ) and look at your self and tell your self that your body is beautyful no matter what. Women say it works.
