The boxer dogs were not on leads whereas the little dog was. Then the owners had a massive argument because the owners of the boxer dogs wouldn't give the other owner their name and address so they called the police. The little dog couldn't get up and lots of kids were crying and stuff :(

It makes me mad when owners don't put their dogs on leads.

I hate seeing animals fight with each other.

i wish people would take responsibility for their pets... especially in public places.

I wouldn't go that far.
Animal aggression and human aggression aren't the same thing. That's known. Just because a dog is dog aggressive doesn't mean it will attack a person. Those are completely different things.
And it's not always just aggression that fuels those attacks.

there were 6 chows attacking my cocker spaniel once, and i was a bit stupid and like dived in and picked my dog up, but i ended up getting bit. Dog fights are horrid. But you cant interviene cos they could turn on you.

I couldn't just stand and watch if it were my dog though. I'd have to kick them off or something.

You can safely intervene, there are plenty of ways.
The most common being water and grabbing the back legs of the attacking dog(s).

A break stick is also a nice thing to have on hand.
