I'm 17 years old and I am not circumsized. I know many people are. I want to get circumsized but as an adult (Its gonna be unconfortable if i ask my parents for it.)
Is there an age limit for getting circumsized? What age, as an adult, would it be best to do it?

That sucks your parents didn't do it when you were born, but I don't have any clue if it is as effective later in life as it would have been originally..

if ur under 18, u need parents consent for any surgery or tattoos or piercings. once ur 18, u can do wat the fuck u want. how cum ur werent cut wen u were born?

You probably have to be 18 to do it without parental consent. I don't expect the procedure is any different for adults of any age after puberty.
