My mom wakes me up at 8:25 AM (I remember because I looked at my clock) today because we're going to church at 9:30 or whatever because my dad is working in the afternoon. I dillydally in bed. I like my sleep and we usually go to church in the afternoons, so... you know, you can't teach old dogs new tricks. So I get up maybe 10 minutes later and I take a shower for another 10 minutes or so.
Plenty of time.
Plenty. Of. Time.
But my mom and my dad are yelling all over the place.
Well, once I'm all changed and I grab my socks 'cause I figure I'll just put them on in the car, I'm walking down the stairs and then......
I hear the garage door open and then close. And what do you know, my whole frickin family goes off to church without me.
Okay. What. The. Hell?
I mean, really, you guys couldn't wait another two minutes for me to walk down the stairs and get into the car with all of you?
First off, if we were going to church early today you should let me know beforehand. I wake up late in the summer, that's just how I am! Let me know I should wake up early and I will.
Now I feel all bad because I didn't go to church (even though I'm not that religious anyway) and my parents will probably go on about me being lazy and I'm here sitting at home doing nothing earlier than normal.
Lame. Lame. Lame.
