Can a girl do this. Say you had sex with her and for whatever reason she got mad at you and wanted to set you up. Could she lie and say that you raped her when you didn't would she be believed. Because i always wondered how they could tell if someone was raped or not.

Yeah you could be set up, but they would do an investigation. They would use a rape kit, which will tell if the vaginal walls were ruptured, etc. And check out her story.
