Whenever I log on to MSN, the whole time I talk to someone my status keeps constantly changing from Online to Busy. :|

Like I'll be talking in a convo box and there's a little tab at the top that keeps re-appearing that says "Your status is currently set to Busy."

But when I go look at the "main" status at the top then it says online.

wtf. :[

Are you changing any videos or applications to full screen while you're talking?

Yeah... like iBritt said, you may have some settings in that causes things like that to make you busy.  I would try looking into the settings and see if you can find a section that says, "set to busy if", and see if you can find a reason why in there.

Try resetting your settings to the default settings and that should get rid of the problem.
