last year on august 25 i was hanging out at the place where i throw darts and i got a call from this amazing guy [rob] that i had a crush on from the start of freshmen year till well about 2 weeks after this happened [sophomore year] he wanted to hang out and go chill at the mall i said id meet him at the school at 1 and he could take me up there once i was in his car he started driving twords what i thought was the mall [im school of choice and my schools in a part of town i dont know at all] he stopped in the parking lot of a middle school and asked me if i ever had had sex i told him no
he put his arm around me and im thinking that this moment would be so perfect if he would just kiss me he asked me if i wanted to have sex with him in my mind im think yesyesyes but i said casual sex wasnt somthing i wanted to get into but id think about it. he told me to get out of the car cuz he wanted to show me somthing. i got out and followed him to the woods behind the school he stoped in a small clearing and told me i looked amazing and summer did good for me. and then he kissed me and i was on cloud nine and all of a sudden i was on the ground i dont remember how i got there and then my jeans were off and i was freaking out inside but i couldnt talk and he asked me if i wanted to and i said i wasnt sure and well we had sex and then he stopped and i pulled my jeans back on.
we went to the mall and walked around for a few hours and then he dropped me off at my house and i broke down in tears and in the last year ive asked all my teachers and most of my friends
when its comes to sex is saying im not sure or i dont know the same thing as saying no

cuz i really want to know if that was rape.
