Rubbish rubbish rubbish. There is no such thing as exercise to target areas. It is not how your body works, if you want more muscles in your arms than your legs than fair enough work out your arms more than your legs but if you want to loose flab from certain areas you HAVE to loose it from all over. That means upping your metabolism and being picky about what you eat. So in other words: No fizzy drinks
Less refined grains (so wholemeal bread, wholemeal rice, wholemeal everything)
NO sugar,
Just juice and water
NO fast food
and you get the idea. You need to do at least an extra hours exercise a week. Even better do a 15 minute run 3 times a week that consists of 4-5minutes gentle jogging for warm up, and then 3 sprints for as long as you can with 2 minute resting times in between each sprint. It sounds difficult but it's easy peasy and even better it ups your metabolism more than a 30 minute run or jog at a steady pace, is better for your muscles and doesn't tire you out as much.
So again I emphasise there is no such thing as exercise for target areas, if you want to lose flab do exercise, running and improve your diet, if you want to gain muscle mass and some tone work certain muscles of the body.
Hope that helps. Feel free to message me for more advice because I have plenty of it. Good luck.
