Relax. You cant worry over nothing.
You have to assess these things and take away the worries that arent neccesary and deal with the ones that dont go away. You might have issues with strong anxiety. I think good solutions would be getting your mind off this stuff. You jsut have to let go and have a little fun. Write down your worries, think of solutions, talk about them from time to time. Go for a run. Take a relaxing bath. Try some new hobbies

You have high anxiety. See if these guys can help you out: http://www.moodgym.anu.edu.au/ when I had high anxiety my doctor sent me here and it helped me a lot, if it doesn't quite help you enough though try talking to a counselor a bit as well, just to get things off your chest for at least an hour a week to help you manage. Good luck.
