You have high anxiety. See if these guys can help you out: http://www.moodgym.anu.edu.au/ when I had high anxiety my doctor sent me here and it helped me a lot, if it doesn't quite help you enough though try talking to a counselor a bit as well, just to get things off your chest for at least an hour a week to help you manage. Good luck.
