2nd one is just basic photoshop junk, not really art.

3rd one is an interesting sculpture, if it was commisioned for 23mil then that's different then buying it for 23 million.

4th one is fine, there's nothing wrong with it.

I don't think you understand the difference between good art, bad art, and personal taste.
