a while ago we went from comcast to at&t and now the computer in the basement still thinks we are on comcast. the o/s is linux.
also when i goto nmap my network, i get the windows host name instead of the linux host name
soo it would be like

What do you mean, your Linux computer still 'thinks' you're on Comcast? What settings or configurations in the OS show Comcast still being the ISP?

When ever I pull up a networking tools command it'll show it. I couldn't find the file to show that its route is still through comcast because I don't know where to find it and change it. Basically it'll just show it as a route under comcast.
