Its great that you didn't give into the temptation to cut yourself. That is one of the hardest addictions to break, so you should be proud of yourself. You should go talk to someone. I guarantee that it will make you feel better. You can even talk to me if you'd like. I know exactly what you are going through. (I wanted to cut a few hours ago...so I drove safety pins through my ears, and pierced them.)
Also, you are going to have to find a stronger coping method. There are millions of things out there to try, which I am sure you already know. Undepressing music, writing, drawing, running, etc, etc...
Just remember that things always get better in the end. :)
