I need help with my internet. b/c it keep going on and off...and when it goes off it like doesn't come back on it's just really messed up. and this isn't the first time it happened either..I think the ppl that I call to come fix it only make it worse..

Is there anything I can do to make it be normal again..it's so messed up..I tried unplugging it and then plugging it in again but it doesn't work..

Do you mean your computer loses connection, are you using wireless? Or is it the router that actually loses the internet connection, but your wireless connection remains?

You might have a bad cable. Have you tried using the same cable with a different computer, or tried using a different cable?

It might also be a problem with the router itself.

Last time I called they sent this guy to fix it and he changed the cable..I think or like attached something to the cable..like seriously they don't even know what there doing...
I don't have another computer..I think it's the router probably..like right now it's ok and it's working normally..I dunno why..and when I go to the repair thingy in control panel or the one in msn it usually says that the default gateway is not working..or something like that..sometimes it's the IP address too but not often..

I'm not sure, the problem might be with the router then, if it can't find the gateway then the router itself isn't broadcasting as a gateway. The game might interfere with Windows which prevents it from seeing it as a gateway, which is why the problems may occur, but not being directly there, I can't offer any specific solutions.

Try not using the game for a week or something, and if it occurs during that time, it's not the game. If it does, however, then it might be the game that's causing the problem.

What i want you to do is this: Unplug the router, and modem if you have one. Unplug them from the electric and let them alone for about 15 minutes. During that time reboot any computer that uses the router/modem. Then plug it back in and it should be fine. If not, then it may be time to buy a new router.

Lol.. Leaving shit unplugged for x amount of minutes does nothing.  You're losing internet connection constantly.. There's one thing you need to try that will be the end all.  Bypass your router.  Connect your computer directly to your modem and see if that works.  If it doesn't disconnect then you need to call your router manufacturer.  If it still disconnects, you need to call your internet service provider

Router might be fuxed. Try a different one if you can. Wireless is generally slower than a cabled connection.
