I've gone to the hospital and have had a blood test and a pee test but there was nothing wrong, would you be able to see if someone has chlamydia by a blood test or pee sample?

(I was tested for glandular fever, by the way) but would they still have noticed anything about Chlamydia

Did you ask them to specifically look for that blood disorder?  You should have.  It's still possible.

They won't just test for it, I think there are specific tests for it.

I suggest asking your doctor for a full STD check if you're worried.

Yeah, it can cause infertility. Here's a list of what can happen.

I remember in Psychology class, something saying about 39% of people who take an STD test (though the stats of course has changed.) usually show up as not having it when they do.

It's glandular fever, also known as mononucleosis. If they were suspecting mono, then they probably didn't do any testing for Chlamydia. If you have reason to believe that you have Chlamydia, then I suggest that you tell your doctor the specifics so that they can check for that.
