In Texas, they dont think to much about it. Some cops are assholes. I got charged with paraphenalia once even though it was a makeshift pipe and it was clean. He charged me because my friend had the same thing but dirty. Another time, they found roaches, pipes, and about a nickel. The dumped the weed and left everything else like they didnt see it, then let us go. So it all depends

And I don't get paranid either because I know that the cops won't send out a panda just for some kids smoking a bit of weed... They've got better things to do...
