I am reading Wuthering Heights as one of my four books I have to read over the summer for AP Lit And I just realized That about... 1/3 of the book isn't the actual story, it's like Emily Bronte background and shit. It's only 270ish pages, not 450ish pages.

I dont know why for English Class you have to read Classics. They are so boring!!! Why read something with no suspense and some regular modern day writing? I dont like the style at all.
