They were talking about watermelon (since the 4th was coming up)... they say it's like Viagra, because of some hormone it makes you produce or something like that. Just thought I would share.

yah it is  a precursor, and arginine plus citrulline  was always known to increase bloodflow, i learned that  when my  personal trainer taught me about sports nutrition.

So, kinda old news for me.

Yeah, I saw that in the paper. It actually made me chuckle because I've been working with my Dad this week and we've been cleaning houses. In one of the houses I found a giant watermelon, guess now I know why... Haha.
