You can tell through the healthiness of that individual and the state that they are in. You can also tell if someone is starving themselves to be that thin just by the way that they might be acting. (no energy, etc...)

Yeah, definitely the body type is a key role with looking unhealthy or not at a size 0. Those models are really tall and lean, so of course they'll end up looking like sticks.

And haha, I think 5 pounds is an exaggeration. More like 8-10, honestly. But yeah, I'm ridiculously small and petite. I'd pretty much be rolling around if I were anything above size 2.

Actually, it is very healthy for me to be this size. Because it is the size I am supposed to be, according to my height, weight, and metabolism. My doctor knows much more about this than you do, sorry to break it to you.
