I think bodies can be like that naturally. And actually, not all size 0s look like that.

I'm a size 1, and if I lose like 5 or so pounds, I'm pretty sure I'd fit into a size 0. But I'd never look that unhealthy even with a size 0.

I think it just depends.

I'm almost a size 4 in UK.
Which is a US size 0.

And I don't think i'm skinny.

So I think it's fine.
