Yes. It's probably just migraines. I have them all the time. When I say all the time, I mean 4-6 days out of the week. It sucks. But some people just suffer with them.

Yes, if you've tried painkillers and they're not doing much, then you probably should. Chronic headaches can be a symptom of many things and can help the doctor find out exactly what's wrong and treat it properly.

If it's been going on for that long, then yes, you should see a doctor. Prolonged headaches can be a symptom of many things, and feeling sick isn't good either. You should get that checked out.
