Well, first of all, how can pigtails look less, childish? On short hair. I'm not allowed to use any hairspray, straighteners, curlers... Getting my hair nice is a nightmare. My hair is just that bit too short for a ponytail... So, pigtails... I have slides with teeth... but my hair gets sloppy after a while in those... Or just, cut all my hair off... XD Any other ideas? get a bit of your hair and pin it around to hide the hair tie. it looks a fair bit sleeker.
