Probably not, as long as you don't blow smoke directly into the inlet vent, it won't do much, but I'd avoid it anyway.
I use the free cloth that comes with the MacBook, but any lint-free cloth or damp paper towel works fine.

It wont hurt it, but the smoke may linger on it.
Use rubbing alcohol and cotton balls, and work systematically. It may take a while, but it works. Make sure the computer is off first though.
