I'm happy it's almost sunday, first fucking sunday when liquor stores will be open. Not  much to look forward to but hey, gotta keep your self entertained somehow.

It's the Dutch employment system. When you get a job here, you sign-up to some agency and they help you find a job. There you work for 1,5 year tops and if you don't have a contract then, you go to another place. This is because it helps keep the unemployment rate low, helps people find a suitable job and fixes the whole Polish-worker issue here.
