help 13 year old friend going out with 19 year old counselor at CHURCH

ok i have a friend that i went to church camp with and she and this counselor got kinda close. ok she is 13 and he is 19 and they were hanging out alto but i really didn't think anything about it until she got a text from him asking if she would have anal with him. and she said sure but they didn't know where they would do it. i said don't go so many times i lost count. so we went to worship and she decided that she wasn't going to go but the other girls in our cabin didn't believe her so we set up shifts to watch her and on my shift that was like at 2 am she decided that she was going to try to sneak out but i sat in front of the door and wouldn't let her go. by this time she was having 2nd thoughts about the whole thing and she was kinda scared. so he would always try to come sit next to her but i would get there be4 he did and once i was staring at him like don't come over here bitch but her came and he said that if i would have had a gun i would have shot him. i wanted to say that hell yeah i would but i didn't. but she was texting him on the way home and he said that he would have fucked her if he could have taken her home.  
but here is my big question is that i know the youth intern at the camp really really well but idk how to tell her without getting my friend in trouble. HELP ME PLEASE
