i used to be on cross country at school so id run a lot everyday. while i was on cross country, i had an eating disorder and i'd only eat about 900 calories a day, sometimes less. i was continuing training into the summer when i realized that it's not really something i want to do and i was just doing the running to keep myself from gaining weight. now i do exercise videos instead (about an hour a day), and i've managed to increase my calories by another 100 daily. but i'm afraid because i've stopped running that i'm going to gain weight, even if i'm only eating 900-1000 calories a day
any advice PLEASE.

How do you manage to exercise and work with that small amount of energy? That's crazy... I feel everyday that I could be able to eat a horse, and I do eat a lot.. and yes I do gain weight but it's just muscle.
