so last night i had a wonderful dream... it was AMAZING.

during a part of it my bf was spooning me and we were cuddling, and at one point i think i had woken up... but there was pressure along my back where my bf had been cuddling me, and felt as if someone was there a moment ago... it was extremely warm and all. i went back to sleep and the rest of the dream was still very interesting...

now i know nobody could've been there for real, i sleep on a top bunk that's hard to get up on and all... but i've had some other experiences where my body would have sensations after awaking that had been from the dream.

the last dream that was similar to this i was hugging and kissing a guy i liked, then as i woke up i still felt pressure on top of me where there was only my blanket. it lasted for two minutes...

another dream which wasn't as nice had a Pre-Kindergarten teacher from my old school shoot me in the chest, then as i fell and woke up immense pain throbbed at the exact same spot she shot me.

so i guess the poll question is this: have you ever felt sensations upon waking from a lucid dream which lasted long enough to make you wonder if it was real?

Yeah. I've felt that too. I've felt more tired after some dreams, even.

It's sort of like the mind over matter thing.
You can feel things that aren't there, or ignore things that aren't.
