Yeah, no one saw it...it happened on the mountain at a place where there are no houses...just a ton of sharp turns.
There are skid marks from my breaking...and that is what they are going off of apparently.

then that depends what the skid marks show, if you were going too fast and it shows then yeah they got you, if you just have a skid as you lost control, you could claim you lost control THEN slammed on brakes and skidded, and that you dont know why the car just lost control
