Wow, a double header! Way to go there, Puff! Well, at least you didin't write some trite crap like, "I cheated on my boyfriend who I love with all my heart, etc." Well, you put on your big girl panties (or in this case I guess it would be more accurate to say that you took them off) but anyway it's up to you. You can woman up, tell the truth and take the consequences of your decision, or you can not tell him and go on living a sham of a relationship. I'm guessing that you will choose door number two, and go on cheating on him.

If I were you, I would deffinitly tell him. Guilt is deffinitly extreamly hard to deal with, especially something like that. Just sit him down, tell him what happened, and promise him that it will never happen again, and just tell him how horrible you feel and that you truly love him, then just hope for the best. Good luck

I like how everybody talks about how guilt is going to affect her, but nobody seems to address the idea that she claims he's her boyfriend so what about simple concepts of honesty, respect and so forth. To me, it's not about whether she's going to feel guilty (that one's debatable anyway), but about whether she owes him an obligation to do the right thing. She's already failed him in one obligation, is she prepared to fail him in yet another?

Very well thought out, I actually like this answer the best, so far. Even if you are somewhat trashing me, I like the thought.
