Ok.. i have a recording of myself that i want to put on my blog, but i dunno how- it says you can upload videos on there but whenever i put it in the upload voice it won't let me do it (cause I guess it's not a video?) how would i do this? ugh- please help.

upload it to youtube then just embed it on your blog.

well the file format has to be like avi, mpeg, wmv, mov, etc.
