Hello. For the past 3 or 4 or so.. i've been working out HARD with my personal trainer. Mainly like 2 -2 1/2 hour workouts per day. The guy basically lives in the gym lol. Anyway.. i came in looking like a slim jim that needed to build muscle. So earlier this week he says that he sees a difference in my arms , chest and shoulders.. that they're much bigger than they were before. I think i see a difference also but not too much prob cuz i be lookin at the mirror but thing is i don't think im eating enough to be gettin bigger but yet he says that hes seeing "changes" in my body. I don't really count calories or protein and stuff like that but i know i dont be eating 200grams or whatnot. im 6 feet and i weigh 170.. trainer said i gained 2 pounds. I also take creatine to be honest after every workout.. could that be why im looking bigger than before?? i need some advice on this

If you are 6ft and 170 I wouldn't call that skinny.

i read you should not workout for more then 1 hour per day
