If you think you have something that a doctor hasn't seen I have news for you. A doctor is there to help you, not embarrass or hurt you. They have seen all sizes from peanuts to banana sized ones. They have seen them cut and uncut. They can tell at a glance if you have a foreskin that is too tight and will not retract behind the head. They can recognize phimosis at a glance. They may ask you if you have a problem with your foreskin and they may check to see if there are any issues. I would strongly suggest that you relax and forget about it. The more information you provide them openly and honestly the better physical it will be. Girls are normally much more nervous about doctor's visits than guys. So stop thinking like a girl. A doctor should be your friend and it may be an opportunity for you to ask questions that have been bothering you. Go to Google and enter, "pearly penile papules" and you will find pages of links. I suspect this is what you have noticed around the base of the head. They are not a big deal as you will read. Discuss them with the doctor. There are ways to get them removed. They obviously bother you or you wouldn't make a deal out of it. You should feel a lot more comfortable discussing and cooperating with the doctor than a girl messing around with you.
