but it doesn't have anything to do with a cold or a flu?

I'm coming off medicine that makes my stomach feel sick. It kind of feels like a churning sensation. What do you think I could eat to make it feel better?

Why is this anonymous?

What I ate when my stomach was upset (this is really wierd, but I don't care. It tasted good and it helped) was bread in a bowl (two pieces) covered in milk and sprinkled sugar over it via spoon. My grandma ate it when she was younger too, and so did my mom. It just works.
