My boyfriend(age 20) and I(age 16) just broke up. While we were dating we had sex twice and I gave him head twice. The night before we had sex he tryed to have sex but I kept saying no, and he tryed about five more times before he gave up and went to sleep. But the night we did have sex, he kept trying to get me to give him a hand job, and after saying no twice I finally just did. If you're under the age of consent. Statutory rape doesn't imply forcing anything on you. All it means is technically, by [state] statutes, you raped someone/got raped because you weren't the proper age to give consent in sound mind. Though it does sound like he was forcing you to do things you wouldn't otherwise do.

Technically no. You were of consenting age, and he technically didn't physically force you to do anything. He sounds like he was being a dick and manipulated you, but it's not rape.

The statutory rape laws very from state to state.
