Where do I go within my youtube account to access this level of customization of the area around the player on my page?

I'm familiar with html, xml, flash/actionscript and many other markup and programming languages, so that shouldn't be an issue for me. When I try to customize my youtube page all I see is bullshit rather than an actual place that I can throw in code but I could just be retardedly missing something.

Please help me out.

Give money, reach a certain level of popularity, either or? Or can you just apply

one is that vevo is an external vendor of youtube. youtube provides the searching capabilities to find vevo videos by embedding vevo software on youtube. so thats why the first page is all funky looking.

the second. you have to be a youtube partner. anyone can sign-up to be a youtube partner -- even you. youtube just has to ensure that the intellectual property you upload on their site is something you and youtube could potentially monetize from.

if you upload copyrighted content or just not popular, then you dont get the ability to customize your profile.
