I've started not being able to sleep again, this has happened before, and seems directly related to how Im feeling. When ever theres stuff on my mind, I cant sleep for hours after I go to bed, which results in me getting a few hours sleep tops, feeling exhausted the next day
So, when this happens again, Im just not going to try and get to sleep, stay up all night instead, this way,
I get to go through the next day in a slightly surreal state, always a plus, and I should be sufficiently tired to sleep properly the next day
