Has anyone done the special k diet thing? I'm thinking of trying it and seeing it it works... I don't know if it does. Right now I am just eating smaller portions cut out baad foods and drinks and exercising everyday... But I want to know if the special k thing works...
ive changed a lot in my eating patterns already... a lot. And ive been doing it for about 2 weeks and lost 4 pounds the first week and nothing the second.. I just feel like i am not doing something right...
