See your women's doctor. Or tell your family doctor. A specialist, that being a gynecologist, could probably help you out more, though. You probably just have a yeast infection or something. If you go to the specialist, they'll ask you what symptoms you're having, do a basic exam if you haven't been before (uncomfortable, but it's nothing awful or painful, really), and they'll take a swab and do a test to see if anything is awry. Also, Vagisil makes an over-the-counter test you can use yourself to see if you have a yeast or bacterial infection. This isn't a substitute for seeing an actual doctor, but if you're poor and don't have insurance, it might be worthwhile. It's just a simple ph test. They're a bit pricy ($10-15?), but if it shows you have a yeast infection, you may be able to treat yourself with over the counter medication. If that turns out to be the problem, go for a combination thing that has both the regular internal medication and the cream for external symptoms. The latter will take care of the external infection that would be the cause of the itching in said case.
