I just started my first year of university. Anyway, I was waiting for class to start when another girl (also first year) sat beside me in the hall and we started talking. It wasn't an in-depth conversation at all, just a little more than introductions. She asked for my cell number, and also gave me hers. Some other people in her class came by and that was it. So, since I'm assuming that was a good sign, should I call her, wait it out, or what? Post edited at 12:46 pm on Sep. 5, 2008 by Anonymous

CALL. There is also a possibility that she is looking for new friends in her first year so that she will feel comfortable and not alone.
