I just came from McDonald's, and there was a guy in front of me (who is a dick) that ordered something. He wanted some stuff from the dollar menu (in which I hear is not everywhere in the US). He really wanted a McChicken but he said some other dumb crap, so I started laughing lightly. He continued to say his order and while he was doing that he was being very rude. He gave her the money and she was giving back his change and it took him decades to put part of his change in his pocket so she laid it on the table. Then she called me up, and the guy said "Be like that bitch". The lady looked at him with some evil eye. Then I ordered. I felt so sorry for her, because I work customer service over a phone and I get customers like that. I wanted to talk to her about it, but I didn't know what to say...besides, she was still working.

Yea, customers are a bitch.
When I worked at Food Lion, this woman complained because I didn't put her groceries in her buggy. That's NOT my job unless I'm just bagging or if the person isn't able to do it themselves.
