Don't worry, my purpose is not to complain about it (though I do feel at least a message or some type of warning would have been nice) but I was curious as to the reason I was "demoted".

Was it because I was giving too few e-help responses or was it because of my long absence?

EDIT: Actually I just realized my whole inbox is empty so it's possible there was a message and it got deleted.

I just hadn't read anything about this before, so I'm really genuinely curious. Thanks in advance.

I'd assume that it has nothing to do with the amount of positions. As you know, becoming a support leader has responsibilities and you are made one so that you can help. If you're inactive for extended periods of time that means you are not doing your job and so they demote you. It makes sense.

if you close your account do you loose all that as well?

is there no way to say "hey, I am going outside of computer range for say...3 months, to the jungles of africa but I still want a livewire account when I get back"?
