According to federal prosecutors the scam involved preying on customer's reluctance to admit that they had ordered the "male enhancement" pills. Customers ordered the pills, but were unable to cancel or get a refund. A former VP of the company testified that Warshak required customers to provide notarized documents from a doctor proving that they had small genitals in order to get a refund.

He did it for the lulz.

Those stupid commercials and that guy had the most annoying smile. Glad I don't need such pills. They gave him 25 years, that seems a bit harsh but con-artists deserve no less really.

I disagree. He's not really being greedy. He's taking advantage of insecure dumb asses. He deserves to keep the money for putting in the time, and money to do something awesome. What the hell else are consumers for , if you aren't supposed to take money from them? Also what the hell are we defending stupid people for?
