i took some, not as perscribed. i woke up this morning with a fever and puking... um, its better sort of now or its getting better. but should i be really worried about this? or could it just be coincedence?
Concerta (Methylphenidate) has a halflife of 4 hours. Methylphenidate is also the active drug in Ritalin. However, Concerta is a slow release form of Methylphenidate with 1/3 being released instantly, 1/3 being released 4 hours later and 1/3 being released 8 hours later.
If you're feeling better then you're probably fine.
However, don't take it again because you're likely intolerant of it.
