Okay so its breakfast time and I want something to eat but with my tonsillitis its really hard to eat anything solid. All I had yesterday was some soup and a bit of pasta which was so painful to eat I nearly cried.

I weighed myself this morning and I've lost like 4lb. I know your weight fluctuates by ±2lb every day, but I'm worried if I carry on not eating then I'll lose a lot of weight and it could be really unhealthy.

Anything solid that I eat I have to chew up loads so its practically much, its disgusting but then at least I can just about swallow it. Any ideas what I can eat for breakfast that won't be too painful??

You could make a fruit smoothie, or maybe some yogurt or something.

Well cooked rice with olive oil slides down nicely, I eat that when I have a bad cold. (which is rare lol)

I hope it gets better soon by the way. It must be horrible
